Fees and Costs

Landay & Leblang attempts at all times to maximize the value clients realize for the costs they incur. While we maintain a competitive hourly fee structure, we also welcome discussion with our clients at any time before or during a project regarding costs. We are prepared to budget legal expenses in advance and, whenever appropriate, to accommodate our clients' wishes through innovative and creative fee arrangements. For example, we offer special "incubator" fee arrangements to appropriate start-up ventures to accomodate their early cash flow needs.

Our lawyers have both "big law firm" and corporate in-house experience. We are therefore familiar with clients' concerns about their ability to control out-of-pocket costs related to their representation. Clients of Landay & Leblang are responsible only for the exact amount disbursed to third-party vendors -- no incremental amount or "overhead" is ever charged.
