Our lawyers have extensive experience in representing clients doing business in Latin America, including, among others, in Argentina, Brazil, and Chile.

We are fluent in written and spoken Spanish and Portuguese, and are able to participate fully in negotiations and documentation of transactions in various countries and legal systems.

Our experience living and studying in Latin America enables us to understand diverse business and legal systems and to communicate fully with all parties to transactions whether they speak English or not.

Russell Leblang is the Honorary Bolivian Consul in Massachusetts and Susanna Stern has been certified by PUC São Paulo as a specialist in Brazilian commercial law.
