Everett H. Parker, Of Counsel

Mr. Parker has practiced in the areas of domestic and international corporate and banking law. Formerly, he has been a partner and managing partner in a large, multinational US law firm and in-house counsel at BankBoston N.A. (now FleetBoston Financial).

Finance and Banking. Mr. Parker worked regularly with banks on secured and unsecured loans to large corporate and middle-market borrowers, many of the transactions having cross-border aspects. Such matters involved drafting and negotiating loan documents for multi-million dollar financings, both for individual banks and banking syndicates. He has also worked extensively with banks on loan-workout and bankruptcy matters.

Corporate. Mr. Parker has represented a variety of corporate, partnership and joint-venture clients, dealing with all aspects of their affairs, including mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and international.

Mr. Parker holds an A.B. degree from Dartmouth College (1952, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and a J. D. from Harvard Law School (1955).
